I was disappointed by the lack of toilet paper and the outdated bathroom amenities. The breakfast options were severely limited, with little more than yogurt and toast available. The hotel's location made it challenging to find decent dining options nearby.

This hotel is a superb base for one night. The units were big size and functional right on the water. A nice touch is also the warm beverages in the pool bar.

I had a twin room included with great views, access directly to the boat dock, a comfy bed. The location met required needs, it was perfect and particularly good right on shore of the Luminous Lagoon🙂

great lagoon view but some cleanliness issues

The location near the lagoon was really good. We loved relaxing on the terrace outside our room, enjoying the evenings by the water. Especially Craig, were accommodating.

The pool cleanliness needs attention.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the lovely fresh snapper at dinner and the breathtaking lagoon views from my room. Just be ready for some heavy traffic in the area! I would definitely come back.

The fine view of the lagoon from the terrace was a highlight. Clean rooms offered a good retreat after a day of activities, and I appreciated the warm, cute service from the staff. Some improvements are needed, such as more dining options and better hot water consistency. A lack of fridge and phone in the room was inconvenient.

Perfect spot for families

We had a large clean room with air conditioning and a beautiful view from our balcony overlooking the lagoon. The Luminous Lagoon Tour was right by the pool, and it was amazing, swimming under the stars while exploring the water!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but acceptable considering the experience.

Lovely Experience with Gorgeous Views!

The views were amazing, easily the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed some lovely meals at the on-site restaurant. Pro tip, bring mosquito repellent for those evening strolls outside!

The rooms are spacious with a fine view of the lagoon, and each comes with a comfortable seating area. The outdoor swimming pool is a good addition, perfect for lounging. Breakfast included fresh hot coffee every morning.
