We got great value for our money at Fisherman's Inn. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the ocean. The location was perfect, right by the Luminous Lagoon. The staff treated us like family, Pierre and Craig were amazing hosts.

The only thing that could be better for breakfast is the variety of fruit options.

The unexpected free continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of teas, cereals, fruits, juice, and pastries. We loved the location, especially being able to experience the glistening waters. The room right on the deck by the water and pool was pure bliss. We also enjoyed a discounted boat tour in the luminous lagoon waters, where we had the boat all to ourselves. The warm, clean pool was just what we needed after a day of exploration. The nearby restaurant offered a tempting selection of jerk chicken and pork. a fantastic stay with AMAZING amenities like Wi-Fi, free parking, restaurant, and outdoor swimming pool. The renovated room and friendly hosts made this a truly unforgettable experience.

We came to Florence Hall for one night, everything was perfect. Big and functional rooms with access directly to the boat dock, a comfy bed and great views, thoroughly enjoyed it.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Cute and cozy hotel with friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and delicious. The location was great, with beautiful views over the water and easy access to pools and kayaks.

The rooms were in need of renovations and smelled a bit musty. Some of the towels were not of great quality and they ran out at one point during our stay.

Great stay with lovely staff who become your friends!! Wonderful, kind, loving people who make you feel at home. Great food in the restaurant, both local and "home" food. Quiet and peaceful location, with the option to turn up the fun at the poolside bar with lively music and dancing. Can't wait to come back to Jamaica to see everybody again!

Customer service was a zero, with the lady at the reception being horrible. She couldn't find our reservation and tried to say there was no key for the private lock advertised.
